VA DM Setter

I run a personal-brand consulting / coaching offer and I'm looking for an experienced Instagram DM setter to run outbound outreach and book qualified discovery calls for me.

This is a focused, daily role: roughly 1 hour per day, 7 days a week. Your job is to start genuine conversations in the DMs, qualify people, and book the right ones onto a call with me. I'll provide a full SOP, scripts, and training — but you need to already know how DM setting works.

WHAT YOU'LL DO:


Run outbound DMs to targeted prospects (cold/new accounts) for my coaching offer
Occasionally engage and message warm leads within my existing audience (followers, engagers, story replies)
Start natural, non-spammy conversations using my proven scripts and frameworks
Qualify prospects and book the right ones onto a sales/discovery call with me
Follow the SOP exactly — tracking, daily message limits, and tone all matter
Keep clean records of conversations, follow-ups, and calls booked
Send me a short daily/end-of-shift report (DMs sent, replies, calls booked)

YOU'RE A GREAT FIT IF YOU:


Have real, demonstrable experience in a DM setting / appointment setting role (please describe your past results)
Write fluent, natural, conversational English — you sound human, not like a bot
Understand the personal-brand / coaching / info-offer space and how setting works in it
Are consistent and reliable — this is a show-up-every-day role
Follow scripts and SOPs precisely while still sounding personal
Are organised with tracking and proactive with communication
Can stay professional and unbothered through slow replies and rejections
