We’re a growing Australian bookkeeping business supporting small and medium-sized enterprises with reliable, accurate, and tailored financial services. We specialise in bookkeeping, BAS preparation, payroll processing, and management reporting. As the business expands, we’re looking for a highly organised Virtual Assistant to help manage our administrative workload and support smooth day-to-day operations.
About the Role:
This is a flexible, remote position ideal for someone who is self-motivated, detail-oriented, and confident working independently. You’ll be providing virtual administrative support to the business owner and assisting with client file coordination and set up, scheduling, document management, and general back-office tasks.
• Assist with new client onboarding, including preparation of welcome
• Assist with ongoing client check in and yearly update of processes to clients
• Annual Client Agreement updates
• Create Business Presentation (Canva)
• Manage Social Media platforms (weekly posts – FB, Instagram, LinkedIn)
• Provide ad hoc administrative support as needed
• Implement a CRM
• Design efficiencies in Click up with automatic
About You:
• Previous experience in an administrative or virtual assistant role (bookkeeping industry experience a bonus)
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Highly organised, reliable, and efficient with great attention to detail
• Comfortable using cloud-based tools and software (e.g. One Drive, CRM platforms)
• Able to maintain confidentiality and demonstrate a high level of professionalism
• Must have appropriate home office setup
