About the role:
As the Placement Coordinator, you will play a pivotal role in connecting clients with the right services and resources to meet their unique needs.
Core responsibilities:
Identify and attract qualified candidates for client placements through various recruitment channels.
Build strong relationships with clients to understand their hiring needs and organizational culture.
Collaborate with clients to develop clear job descriptions and tailor placement strategies.
Screen and assess candidates to evaluate their skills and fit for client roles.
Schedule and facilitate interviews, ensuring a smooth process for candidates and clients.
Provide feedback to candidates and clients post-interview to maintain open communication.
Stay informed about industry trends and maintain an organized database of candidates.
Ensure compliance with legal standards and prepare reports on placement success.
Analyze and improve placement processes while collaborating with internal teams to align efforts.
Core qualifications:
Experience with Salesforce CRM to manage candidate and client relationships is a PLUS
Proven experience in recruitment, talent acquisition, or placement coordination, preferably in a staffing or HR environment.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills for effective interaction with candidates and clients.
Strong relationship-building abilities to foster connections with clients and candidates.
Exceptional organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively.
Proficiency in analyzing data and market trends to inform placement strategies.
Familiarity with applicant tracking systems (ATS) and recruitment software, as well as Microsoft Office Suite.
Strong problem-solving abilities to address challenges in the recruitment and placement process.
Keen attention to detail to ensure accuracy in candidate evaluations and documentation.
Ability to adapt to changing client needs and industry trends in a dynamic environment.
Nice to have:
Experience with Salesforce CRM
Experience working with legal or staffing firms.
Proficiency in additional languages to enhance communication with diverse candidates.
Familiarity with virtual recruitment tools and platforms.
