Urgent Hiring! Part-Time FB Ads Graphic Designers

JOB DESCRIPTION:

Your main responsibilities will include creating new and interesting spin-offs of existing converting creatives and developing unique concepts based on current high-performing designs. You will work closely with our Media buying team to develop designs that align with our brand and effectively communicate key messages to our target audience.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

- Create new and innovative spin-offs of existing converting Facebook ad creatives.
- Develop unique concepts based on current high-performing creatives to drive engagement and conversions.
- Collaborate with the media buying team to align designs with campaign objectives and strategies.
- Optimize and revise ads based on feedback and performance metrics, with a focus on achieving high outbound CTRs.

REQUIREMENTS:

- Proven experience in graphic design, specifically creating Facebook ads.
- Proficient in design tools such as Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, or Canva.
- Strong understanding of Facebook ad guidelines and best practices.
- Ability to work independently and meet tight deadlines.
- Excellent attention to detail and creativity.
- Portfolio showcasing relevant work.

ONE-HOUR DESIGN TEST:

Shortlisted candidates will be asked to complete a **1-HOUR TEST**. We will assign you a couple of past converting ads. Your goal within 1 hour is to create spin-offs that remain eye-catching, and retain the core elements yet still give Facebook the impression that it's a new creative. Test is unpaid.
