Campaign Strategy: Affiliate Marketing Campaign Managers are responsible for developing affiliate marketing strategies aligned with the company's goals, target audience, and budget.

Affiliate Network Management: They oversee relationships with affiliate networks and individual affiliates, negotiate terms, and manage contracts.

Recruitment and Onboarding: They identify and recruit new affiliates, assess their suitability for the program, and onboard them into the affiliate marketing platform.

Commission Structure: They have the authority to set commission rates, bonuses, and incentives for affiliates based on performance and other factors.

Creative Assets: Campaign Managers provide affiliates with marketing materials such as banners, text links, and landing pages, ensuring brand consistency and compliance with marketing guidelines.

Tracking and Analytics: They manage affiliate tracking systems to monitor performance, track conversions, and analyze campaign data. They have the authority to make data-driven decisions to optimize campaign performance.

Performance Monitoring: Affiliate Marketing Campaign Managers monitor affiliate performance, analyze key metrics, and identify top-performing affiliates as well as underperforming ones.

Optimization and Testing: They have the authority to optimize campaigns by testing different strategies, creative assets, and promotional offers to improve conversion rates and maximize ROI.

At least 3 years of experience as an Affiliate Marketing Campaign Manager
Strong English skills, both written and verbal
Experience with both and comfort working in multi-cultural, multi-discipline organization is an advantage
Preferably based in Manila
