The developer will be responsible for identifying and providing an open-source CRM system they are familiar with and customizing it to align with our requirements.

**Scope of Work:**

1. **CRM Selection, Customization, and Integration:**
- Identify a suitable open-source CRM system.
- Provide the CRM and integrate it with WA BOX for seamless data flow and communication.
- Customize the CRM to meet our specific needs, including custom lead and customer management workflows.

2. **Customization Requirements:**
- Modify CRM and WA BOX to support:
- Lead statuses: New Lead, Conversation Stuck, Registered, Existing Customer.
- Automated classification of customers (Active, Inactive, VIP) based on criteria.
- Financial tracking for deposits, withdrawals, and balances with detailed reporting.

3. **Real-Time Dashboards and Widgets:**
- Create real-time widgets for:
- Tracking new customers and deposits.
- Displaying daily transaction summaries and net balances.

4. **Automation Workflows:**
- Implement rules for automatic status updates (e.g., status change after deposits).
- Set up automated messages for leads and customers (e.g., welcome messages, reminders).

5. **Campaign Tracking and ROI Analysis:**
- Enable campaign tracking, lead source analysis, and ROI reporting.

6. **Reports and Analytics:**
- Develop detailed financial and customer reports with visual graphs and dashboards.

**Requirements:**
- Proven experience in **PHP**, **Laravel**, and **API integrations**.
- Expertise in open-source CRM systems and familiarity with WA BOX.
