Arispheris is looking for a highly skilled and innovative Graphic Designer to join our team for a 3-month full-time project term, with potential for extension. This is a remote position, but we require a designer who can work independently, take initiative, and bring fresh, original creativity to the table—no AI-generated designs will be accepted.

Key Responsibilities
Design on-brand graphics for both Arispheris and its clients, including but not limited to:
Logos, brand kits, media and promo materials
Social media banners, headers, and marketing posts
Website vector images, multimedia thumbnails, and digital ads
Newsletter and
eBook and print book covers
Presentation decks, invitations, and website wireframes
Ensure all final graphics are visually appealing, 100% original (no AI-generated work), and meet client brand guidelines.
Collaborate with tea
Present design drafts, revise based on feedback, and ensure timely project completion.
Keep a well-organized directory of design assets for efficient access.
Stay up to date with design trends and continuously refine skills to maintain top-tier creative output.
Requirements & Qualifications
A degree in Graphic Design, Digital Arts, Creative Multimedia, Marketing, or a related field.
At least 2 years of professional experience in digital design, branding, or marketing.
Must be highly proficient in both Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop) and Canva—you will be tested during the interview.
Strong sense of design composition, color theory, and typography.
Ability to create content quickly and efficiently while maintaining a high standard of design quality.
Excellent communication skills and ability to work collaboratively with clients and teams.
Detail-oriented and capable of handling multiple projects at once while meeting deadlines.
Familiarity with tools like Google Workspace, Slack, and Asana is a plus.
Absolutely no AI-generated designs or portfolios will be considered.
