We work with plumbers, electricians, law firms, coaches, agencies, and more—across AUS, the US, and beyond. We also have team managers based in the Phillippines, so you can speak in Tagalog if you would like!

And we’re looking for a data-driven, high-performing Ad Manager to join our team.
This is a long-term, full-time role for someone who wants to own results, work inside a tight-knit pod, and grow with us as we expand.

Your Role Overview
As our Ad Manager, you’ll be working inside a dedicated pod (mini team) with:
A Strategist (your go-to for direction)
A Content Manager (your creative teammate)
An Account Manager (handles client comms & CRM)
And you, the Ads Manager – the one who brings it all to life.
Your Responsibilities
Set up, launch, and optimize
Create and manage campaign structures (TOF, MOF, BOF, remarketing)
Collaborate with the Content Manager on creatives & ad testing
Monitor key KPIs (CTR, CPL, ROAS, Frequency, etc.)
Run weekly reports and provide insights to the Strategist
Troubleshoot and improve campaign performance consistently
Contribute ideas to scale, improve systems, and test new strategies
Maintain ad accounts (budget pacing, quality score, delivery diagnostics)
Tools You Should Be Comfortable With
Meta Ads Manager (Business Suite & Power Editor)
Google Ads (Search, GDN, Brand & Competitor)
Google Analytics & Tag Manager
UTM tracking & conversion setup
Slack, Notion, GoHighLevel (basic understanding preferred)
Requirements
At least 2+ years of proven experience managing
Clear understanding of CPL optimization, audience targeting, and creative testing
Must be data-driven, organized, and efficient with time
Strong English skills – both written and spoken
Can commit to at least 3 hours/day during AU business hours (AEST)
Bonus if you’ve worked in a pod or agency structure before
