Role Overview

We are looking for a motivated and confident Insurance Sales Advisor to join our team. Your main responsibility will be generating and running insurance quotes for customers, while also actively finding new clients. This is a sales-driven role with strong earning potential through commission.

Key Responsibilities

* Generate and provide car insurance quotes for new and existing customers
* Run quotes across platforms such as Compare the Market, GoCompare, MoneySuperMarket, and uSwitch
* Actively source and engage new clients (online, referrals, outreach, etc.)
* Follow up with leads and convert them into successful sales
* Maintain strong customer relationships and provide excellent service
* Accurately collect and manage customer information

What We’re Looking For

* Good knowledge of UK car insurance and how the system works
* Understanding of how quotes are calculated (age, job title, location, vehicle, driving history, etc.)
* Strong communication and sales skills
* Self-motivated and target-driven
* Confident speaking to customers and closing deals
* Ability to think smart and find ways to reduce insurance costs
* Previous sales experience is a plus (not essential)

* Training and guidance will be provided
* You are expected to build your own understanding of the insurance market
* You should be willing to research, learn, and improve your knowledge
* Familiarity with comparison sites like Compare the Market and GoCompare is highly beneficial
