UX/UI Designer

We’re looking for a talented UX/UI Designer to join our team and help create engaging, user-friendly digital experiences for startups in the climate and purpose-driven space. If you have a strong eye for design and a passion for crafting intuitive interfaces, we’d love to hear from you.

Key Responsibilities

Design wireframes, user flows, and high-fidelity UI designs in Figma.
Ensure digital experiences are functional, user-friendly, and aligned with brand identity.
Collaborate with strategists and developers to bring digital products to life.
Conduct basic UX research and usability testing to improve user experiences.
Create visual assets and components for websites, mobile apps, and interactive platforms.
Assist in branding and graphic design work when needed (a plus but not required).

Requirements

Proven experience in UX/UI design (must have a strong portfolio).
Ability to design websites, landing pages, web apps (SaaS) and mobile apps
Proficiency in Figma
Strong understanding of design systems, responsive design, and user experience principles.
Experience working with startups or purpose-driven brands is a plus.
Ability to collaborate effectively in a remote team setting (Upgrade to see actual info or Slack).
