UX Designer & Researcher

I'm looking for a user experience designer that also has an interest in UX research. An example project would look like:

Goal: Learn more about the best practices for lead gen / optin forms.

Instructions: Find 30-40 different examples of opt-in forms from the banking industry. Screenshot every step of the form fill process and put these examples into Figma, showing each step in the optin flow, including follow up emails you receive.

Once the research is complete, we'll work on designing an ideal experience based on the research.

Ideal candidate has experience doing UX research and design. Please include examples of research you've done in the past.
