Core Responsibilities
Content Strategy and USP Development
Lead content positioning for U.S. TikTok accounts for brands, designing distinct personas and content tones for various brands.
Deeply explore product USPs (Unique Selling Propositions), transforming abstract concepts into visual, relatable storylines and scripts.
End-to-End Content Production
Independently manage the entire process from content planning and scriptwriting to directing shoots, crafting visual narratives that resonate with TikTok audiences.
Produce viral videos, including product USP visualization content, scenario-based recommendation content, and trend-driven content, etc.
Data-Driven Strategies for Organic Reach
Develop models for viral organic content, optimizing storyline structures through A/B testing.
Monitor key performance indicators (completion rate, engagement rate, add-to-cart rate), prioritizing organic reach over reliance on paid promotions.
Cross-Team Collaboration
Collaborate with operations teams to design content-to-conversion pathways (e.g., platform campaigns, live stream promotions, limited-time offers).
Qualifications
Requirements
Professional Background:
Preferably with formal education in broadcasting and television directing, film directing, or related fields, with systematic training in audiovisual language.
Experience:
1+ years of experience in short-form video production on platforms like TikTok, Reels, YouTube Shorts, or Douyin, with proven cases of viral organic content.
Skills:
Strong creative thinking, understanding of viral content logic, keen sense of internet trends, and a passion for short-form video creation.
Proficient in using editing tools (CapCut/Premiere Pro), able to quickly produce rough cuts for team refinement.
Ability to adapt to a fast-paced, multi-project creative environment.
Excellent communication skills, strong team awareness, and a proactive attitude.
