Hey, you.
Yeah, you — the one who can make a brand look like a million bucks, cut a video that actually gives people chills, and probably has opinions about kerning and loading speeds that most people in your life don't want to hear about. We see you. We need you.
We're Redfern Media, a digital marketing agency out of Dallas, Texas that's been in this game for nearly two decades. We've worked with some names you'd recognize — folks from Shark Tank, Dr. Benjamin Hardy (bestselling author of Personality Isn't Permanent and Who Not How), Robin Sharma (yes, the guy who wrote The Monk Who Sold His Ferrari), and a growing roster of founders, visionaries, and companies doing genuinely cool things. We move fast, we care about craft, and we take the work seriously without taking ourselves too seriously.
Right now, we're bringing on a Multimedia Artist for a project-based engagement — and if you're as good as we think you are, this has the very real potential to turn into something full-time.
Why We're Hiring Right Now
We've just onboarded a really exciting new client — a health-tech marketplace company preparing for a major investor pitch event in late April. Think: pitch decks, a two-minute brand video, one-pagers, booth materials. It's a tight timeline, the stakes are real, and we need someone who can hit the ground running without needing their hand held. After the initial sprint, there's a full website overhaul, ongoing brand creative, and more work lined up — so this isn't a one-and-done.
What You'll Be Working On First (The April Priority)
> Refine and produce a 2-minute brand/pitch video (scripted, edited, polished — the kind that makes people stop scrolling)
> Design 3–5 pitch slides to accompany a live investor presentation
> Refresh booth display materials for a live event
> Create a clean, compelling investor one-pager
> Polish up an investor pitch deck — visually, not just content-wise
What Comes After (The Bigger Picture)
Once we clear April, here's what the ongoing work looks like:
> Full website redesign — homepage overhaul, core pages, audience-specific landing pages (this is where your UI/UX chops come in)
> Ongoing brand creative — ads, social assets,
> Sales and partner materials — guidebooks, onboarding decks, partner-facing one-pagers
> Video content as the brand scales — explainer videos, campaign content, event assets
> Whatever else comes up, because it always does
What We're Looking For
> 5–8+ years of hands-on experience as a multimedia artist, creative generalist, or similar
> Rock-solid graphic design skills — you know your way around Adobe Creative Suite, Canva Pro, whatever the job needs
> Strong video editing chops — you can take raw footage or a script and turn it into something people actually want to watch
> Web design and UI/UX experience — you don't just make things look good, you think about how people move through them
> You work well under a deadline without the drama
> You can take a creative brief and run with it, but you're also not afraid to ask a good question
> Strong eye for detail — we notice when something's off, and so do you
> Bonus if you have experience working on pitch decks, investor materials, or fast-moving startup environments
