Apex Solutions is hiring a call center agency to provide 5 dedicated agents (8:00 AM – 4:30 PM PST) at $3 per hour. We are looking for serious, results-driven agencies with a proven track record in outbound sales and appointment setting. Top-performing agents will have the opportunity to move into closer roles.
We aim to scale to 25 agents by July – this is a long-term, high-growth opportunity for agencies that can deliver.
REQUIREMENTS – AGENCY ONLY
Script knowledge is a must – agents must follow structured rebuttals and sales scripts effectively.
Proven performance – applications must include call recordings and quota history.
Strong management – agency must monitor attendance, quotas, and agent productivity.
Quick adaptability – underperforming agents must be replaced immediately.
EXPECTATIONS & PERFORMANCE METRICS
Call Volume: Minimum 250 outbound calls per agent daily.
Conversion Standards: 10 inbound calls handled per day OR 2 closed deals per company metrics.
Tracking & Reporting: All work must be logged for performance evaluation.
DIALING SYSTEM & DATA MANAGEMENT
Manual dialing system provided – agencies with their own dialers/voi
PAY & GROWTH OPPORTUNITY
$3 per hour – potential raise after 45 days of consistent performance.
Expansion plan – scaling to 25 agents by July for agencies that meet targets.
Career Growth – strong agents will have the chance to become closers.
