UK Property Maintenance Manager (UK Experience Ideal)

We are looking for an experienced Property Maintenance Manager to help our Lincoln UK support office. You MUST have UK experience with property maintenance issues including heating, plumbing, electrical etc.

This role will be to identify issues and appropriately instruct contractors then ensure the work is completed in a timely and quality manner.

You MUST have excellent phone manner and clean and clear conversational English style. Also be able to write in English very well.

We are a medium-sized property consultancy with a property lettings and management arm of around 1300 properties in the UK. Our owner is based in Singapore. Our General Manager in Singapore is Filipino and Owner is Aussie. We now have a team of 20 filo staff working remotely complementing our UK based staff.

Monday to Friday UK working hours - 8 hour working day (40 hours per week) with a lunch break of 30mins. We also operate flexible working time so if you need time off, for dinner, pick up kids, go to an appointment then we're happy to accommodate.
