UI/UX Graphic Designer (Remote)

DelGate Logistics is looking for a creative UI/UX & Graphic Designer to help us improve how our brand looks and feels across our website, sales materials, and digital marketing. This role is perfect for someone who can design clean user experiences and create strong visuals that match a modern logistics/tech company.

What You’ll Do
• Design and improve website pages (service pages, landing pages, lead forms)
• Create UI/UX wireframes, user flows, and high-fidelity designs (Figma)
• Build marketing and sales assets:
• LinkedIn graphics, ads, banners
• Pitch decks and proposal templates
• One-pagers, brochures, case studies
• Create a consistent design system (fonts, colors, layouts, components)
• Support campaigns and new service launches (warehousing, fulfillment, last-mile delivery, white-glove)
• Work closely with our sales + marketing team to increase conversions and improve brand presence

Requirements
• 3 years proven experience in UI/UX + graphic design
• Strong portfolio (website/UI work + marketing design)
• Skilled in Figma (required)
• Strong sense of typography, layout, and branding
• Fast execution + good communication (remote collaboration)
• Ability to take direction and deliver polished final files
