UI/UX Designer (Web, Mobile & Product Experience)

We're looking for a UI/UX Designer who combines strong visual craftsmanship with deep product and systems thinking. This is not a role for someone who only creates screens. We're looking for someone who understands users, thinks through complete journeys, collaborates closely with engineering, and designs experiences that are ready for implementation.
This role requires experience designing for both web and mobile applications, an understanding of modern development workflows, and comfort using Figma, Codex, and AI-assisted product workflows to accelerate execution.
Experience with crypto products, trading platforms, fintech, wallets, exchanges, or financial applications is highly valued.

What You'll Do
Product & Experience Design
Own end-to-end design across key user journeys from concept through launch.
Transform complex workflows into intuitive experiences across web and mobile.
Design user flows, wireframes, prototypes, and polished high-fidelity interfaces.
Simplify onboarding, account management, transactions, dashboards, trading experiences, and other product interactions.
Think beyond screens and contribute to overall product strategy and experience quality.
Challenge assumptions and advocate for user-centered decisions.
UI Design & Design Systems
Create visually refined interfaces with strong attention to hierarchy, spacing, typography, accessibility, and usability.
Build, maintain, and scale design systems, component libraries, documentation, and usage standards.
Ensure consistency across products, platforms, and user journeys.
Create reusable patterns that improve speed and quality across teams.
Design interaction states, responsive behavior, and micro-interactions.
Cross-Functional Collaboration
Work closely with Product and Engineering to define requirements and shape solutions.
Translate business goals and user needs into clear design decisions.
Deliver developer-ready specifications and ensure implementation quality.
Participate in product discussions and contribute ideas that improve both UX and technical execution.
Balance user experience, technical feasibility, and business outcomes.
Modern Workflow & AI Enablement
Use Figma extensively for design, prototyping, systems, and developer handoff.
Leverage Codex and AI-assisted workflows to accelerate ideation, prototyping, documentation, and execution.
Collaborate effectively with engineering teams and understand front-end implementation constraints.
Use modern tools to improve speed without sacrificing quality.

Strong portfolio demonstrating real product work and end-to-end UX thinking.
Experience designing modern web and mobile applications.
Advanced proficiency in Figma, including:

Product & Technical Understanding
Working knowledge of front-end development principles.
Understanding of responsive web behavior and mobile-first design.
Familiarity with HTML, CSS, and modern product development workflows.
Understanding of technical constraints and collaboration with engineering teams.
Familiarity with analytics, experimentation, and product iteration.
Crypto & Industry Knowledge
Familiarity with crypto products, trading platforms, wallets, exchanges, DeFi, fintech, or financial applications.
Understanding of onboarding, KYC, portfolio experiences, and trust-driven product design.
Awareness of current UX patterns within modern financial products.

Nice to Have
Experience working in startups or high-growth environments.
Experience designing for fintech, crypto, SaaS, or consumer products.
Experience conducting user interviews and usability testing.
Motion design and micro-interaction experience.
Experience with conversion optimization and product analytics.
Familiarity with AI-enabled workflows including Codex, Cursor, Claude Code, Lovable, v0, or similar.
Experience contributing to component libraries or scalable design systems.

Starting at $700+/month, depending on experience and fit.
