UI/UX Designer – Logistics SaaS Startup

Job Overview:

We are looking for a UI/UX Designer to join our team from the start, ensuring the platform is built with a strong foundation in user experience and intuitive design. You will report to the Project Manager and collaborate with Frontend Developers, and Backend Developers to create an optimized user interface and seamless customer journey. Your role is critical in shaping the look and feel of our Logistics SaaS platform, reducing rework, and enhancing usability.

Key Responsibilities:

Design wireframes, prototypes, and UI mockups based on product requirements.

Develop a consistent design system and UI components for scalability.

Conduct user research and testing to refine the user experience.

Collaborate with Frontend Developers to ensure accurate UI implementation.

Maintain UX/UI best practices, accessibility guidelines, and design standards.

Iterate based on feedback from stakeholders and end-users.

Work with QA Testers to identify and resolve usability issues early.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

3+ years in UI/UX design for SaaS products.

Proficiency in Figma, Adobe XD, Sketch, or similar tools.

Strong knowledge of responsive design, usability principles, and accessibility standards.

Experience with design systems and UI component libraries.

Ability to translate business needs into elegant user flows and interfaces.

Strong collaboration skills with developers and project managers.

Preferred Qualifications:

Experience in Logistics, Supply Chain, or E-commerce platforms.

Knowledge of frontend technologies (HTML, CSS, JavaScript) is a plus.

Familiarity with A/B testing and UX analytics tools.
