UI/UX Designer

We are seeking a Senior UI/UX Designer to work on a long-term project. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in UI/UX design methodologies, tools and best practices, including Sketch, Figma, or Adobe XD, along with an in-depth understanding of user-centered design.

Responsibilities:
- Designing and implementing new user interface designs and user experiences.
- Prototype and iterate designs to connect and optimize user flows.
- Translate user needs, technical requirements, and strategy into effective design solutions.
- Conduct user research, interpret data and qualitative feedback.
- Work closely with product managers and engineers to ensure the successful implementation of design specifications.
- Continuously refine and redesign user interfaces to increase user engagement and satisfaction.

Requirements:
- Proven experience with UI/UX design, preferably with a strong portfolio showcasing your previous works.
- Proficiency in Sketch, Figma, Adobe XD or other visual design and wireframing tools.
- Knowledge of HTML, CSS, JavaScript for rapid prototyping purposes.
- Understanding of user-centered design, planning and conducting user research, user testing, A/B testing, rapid prototyping, heuristic analysis.
- Familiarity with Agile/Scrum development process is a plus.
- Excellent communication skills, ability to collaborate with various stakeholders, and continuous learning attitude.
- Experience with design systems, standards, and best practices.
