UI UX designer assistant

We're looking for a UI/UX Designer with great taste.
You'll work side-by-side with our main designer, helping and assisting design, content writing, and researching.

What We're Looking For:

- Know the basic understanding or design such as layout, typography, color composition, visual hierarchy, sizing, spacing, and proportion.
- Solid understanding of designing user experience, such as designing website flow, user focus, and design to deliver the right message
- Good content writing skills – you can write clear and natural style (non-robotic) depending on the purpose needed, such as: websites, social, ads, emails, and presentations.
- Excellent at prompting AI tools (Claude, Grok, V0, Lovable, etc.) and know how to use them effectively.
- Always up to date with the latest trends and tools
- Know how to research properly, can be about; understanding project scope, app behavior on the competitor, understanding target user, knowing how to pick the right tools.
- Good communication is required. You need to present your work clearly, explain your decisions, and build proper demos.



Tools & Environment:

We only use macOS. You must be able to working with:

- Sketch
- Freeform
- Webflow (advanced level – this is core for us)
- Basic HTML + CSS (just enough to tweak layouts, understand console on browser, not full coding)
- Basic JavaScript animations (simple stuff only, nothing complex)
- Notion and Craft



What You'll Do:

- Assist the main designer on all projects
- Research and experience with concept design, translating concepts into visuals
- Organize Sketch and Webflow
- Creating UI on webflow from design references, can be included with animation and custom code javascript as needed
- Work with DevLink components in Webflow (design side only, no heavy coding)
- Write website content, social media captions, ads, emails, and presentations
