We don’t just create beautiful designs—we craft every page with a clear purpose to help our clients generate leads and increase sales. We’re looking for a seasoned UI Designer who is process-driven, detail-oriented, and passionate about results.
Role Overview
As our UI Designer, you will be responsible for taking high-level website architecture from spreadsheets and turning it into cohesive, engaging page designs tailored for lead generation and e-commerce. You’ll conduct design gap analyses against top competitor sites, propose user-centric design solutions, and integrate seamless internal link strategies that align with SEO best practices. Your ability to showcase your design process—from concept through final design—will be critical to success in this role.
Key Responsibilities
1. Translate Spreadsheet Architecture
-Interpret and utilize spreadsheet-based site architectures to determine the full scope of pages required.
-Ensure an accurate reflection of page hierarchy, content prioritization, and internal linking needs.
2. Perform Design Gap Analysis
-Research the top 5 competitor websites for each project.
-Analyze their features, layouts, and user flows to identify must-have elements, industry standards, and potential differentiators.
3. Develop Purpose-Driven Page Layouts
-Create intuitive, SEO-friendly page structures that optimize lead generation and/or e-commerce conversions.
-Incorporate user journey insights to shape layouts that guide visitors toward desired actions.
4. Focus on Process & Strategic Thinking
-Demonstrate a clear, step-by-step design workflow—from wireframes to high-fidelity prototypes.
-Present rationale for design decisions, color schemes, and typography choices.
-Collaborate with tea
5. Color Theory & Typography Mastery
-Develop cohesive color schemes that align with brand guidelines and UX best practices.
-Understand web font licensing and employ fonts effectively to ensure readability and brand consistency.
6. Self-Managed & Organized Execution
-Work independently without requiring extensive oversight; we need someone who can take initiative.
-Deliver high-quality designs on schedule, making data-driven improvements when necessary.
Required Qualifications
-4+ years’ agency or similar fast-paced experience designing websites with a strong conversion focus.
-Expert-level proficiency in Adobe XD and other Adobe Creative Cloud tools (Photoshop, Illustrator, etc.).
-Fluency in English (both written and spoken) to collaborate effectively with a global team.
-Proven track record of designing websites that drive measurable results (lead generation and/or e-commerce sales).
-Ability to present a comprehensive design portfolio, including the process behind each final design (wireframes, prototypes, user flows, and design rationale).
Preferred Skills & Traits
-Familiarity with SEO principles and how on-page design impacts search rankings and user experience.
-Strong knowledge of website architecture and internal linking structures.
-Understanding of modern web standards, responsive design, and usability best practices.
-Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and prioritize tasks efficiently.
-Comfortable working in a remote, distributed team environment with minimal supervision.
