Now, we’re looking for a UGC Talent Manager to help us scale.
The Role
You will own everything talent.
From sourcing and outreach to systems, relationships, and performance — this role is end-to-end.
You’ll be building and managing a global network of high-performing UGC creators and influencers across Australia, the UK, the US, and beyond.
This is not a maintenance role.
This is a build, optimise, and scale role.
What You’ll Be Doing
-> Source and recruit top-tier UGC creators globally
-> Manage outreach, negotiations, and ongoing relationships
-> Build and optimise talent pipelines across TikTok, Instagram, etc.
-> Handle whitelisting / partnership ads coordination
-> Manage contracts, usage rights, and deliverables
-> Build internal systems (ClickUp or similar)
-> Develop AI-driven workflows for outreach and tracking
-> Work closely with the creative team to match talent to concepts
-> Continuously improve the quality of talent and systems
What We’re Looking For
-> Highly independent — you take ownership
-> Strong communicator with great people skills
-> Deep understanding of UGC, creators, and paid ads
-> Strong judgement — you know what good talent looks like
-> Organised and systems-focused
-> Comfortable juggling multiple moving parts
Non-Negotiable
-> You must be strong with AI tools (Claude, automations, workflows, etc.)
-> You’re excited to build systems from scratch
-> You’re willing to work hard and push for excellence
-> MUST be Fluent in English (you’ll be client-facing)

We’ll be honest.
This role is demanding.
We move fast. We expect a lot. The standards are high.
You need to be a little batshit crazy (in a good way) to thrive here — the kind of person who actually enjoys being deep in the weeds, solving problems, and building something properly.
