We need someone who understands how to write high-converting UGC ad scripts for Meta/Facebook and Instagram ads, not just generic copy.
You’ll work directly with our creative strategist. We will provide the product direction, winning ad data, customer pain points, competitor references and testing priorities. Your job is to turn those insights into clear, natural, high-converting scripts that creators can shoot.
Responsibilities:
Write 10–20 UGC ad scripts per week
Create strong hook variations for Meta and TikTok-style ads
Research competitor ads and turn them into new original angles
Turn customer reviews, comments and objections into ad ideas
Write scripts for problem-solution, POV, testimonial, demo, story-style and objection-handling ads
Create simple creator briefs so UGC creators know what to shoot
Rewrite winning scripts into new variations
Organize scripts by angle and testing priority
You should understand:
Direct response copywriting
UGC ad scripts
Facebook
DTC/ecommerce marketing
Short-form video ad structure
Hooks, pain points, objections and CTAs
Creative research and competitor analysis
Requirements:
Strong English writing skills
Experience writing UGC scripts, ad copy or DTC/ecommerce copy
Able to write natural scripts that do not sound like AI
Able to work fast and take feedback
Must be organized and reliable
