What this position is responsible for:
We’re looking for a highly organized and proactive UGC & Project Manager to oversee creator relationships and manage the operational flow of UGC campaigns. This role plays a critical part in ensuring that creator partnerships, campaign deliverables, and internal collaboration run smoothly from start to finish. The ideal candidate thrives in a fast-paced digital marketing environment, is detail-oriented, and can confidently coordinate between creators, internal teams, and clients to ensure campaigns are executed at a high standard.
Requirements/Experience:
- 1–3+ years of experience in UGC management, influencer marketing, social media marketing, or digital marketing operations
- Experience sourcing, recruiting, and managing UGC creators or influencers across platforms such as TikTok and Instagram
- Strong project management and organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple campaigns simultaneously
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills when working with creators and coordinating with internal teams
- Ability to manage timelines, deliverables, and campaign documentation with a high level of attention to detail
- Familiarity with social media trends, creator ecosystems, and UGC-style content
- Experience reviewing content and ensuring it follows brand guidelines, scripts, and campaign briefs
- Proficiency with project management tools, spreadsheets, and communication platforms (e.g., Google Sheets, Notion, Slack, Trello, etc.)
- Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to identify risks, delays, or bottlenecks early
- Self-starter mindset with the ability to work independently in a remote environment
Roles & Responsibilities for this position:
UGC Management
- Source and recruit high-quality UGC creators across platforms such as TikTok, Instagram, and other relevant social media channels to support ongoing campaigns.
- Build, maintain, and continuously grow a reliable roster of creators, ensuring access to talent that aligns with brand positioning and campaign goals.
- Conduct creator outreach and relationship management, including communication, negotiation of deliverables, and maintaining professional partnerships.
- Distribute campaign briefs, scripts, and brand guidelines to creators, ensuring all expectations and creative requirements are clearly communicated.
- Review and evaluate creator submissions to ensure content meets campaign standards before forwarding for internal or client approval.
- Track and document creator performance, reliability, and content quality to inform future collaborations.
- Maintain and organize creator databases, ensuring accurate records of contact details, past performance, and campaign participation.
Project Management
- Coordinate campaign timelines and deliverables between creators, internal team members, and clients to ensure smooth campaign execution.
- Monitor campaign schedules to ensure all deliverables are completed on time and meet required deadlines.
- Organize and maintain campaign assets and documentation, including briefs, scripts, and project files.
- Track overall project progress, proactively identifying potential delays, bottlenecks, or issues that may impact timelines.
- Communicate updates across teams to maintain alignment and ensure all stakeholders are informed throughout the campaign lifecycle.
- Support the overall campaign workflow by ensuring tasks, deadlines, and responsibilities are clearly defined and executed.
