UGC Outreach & Creator Partnerships Assistant

We are Madam Muse, a fast growing women’s lingerie and intimates ecommerce brand doing 7 figures in monthly revenue.

We are looking for a UGC Outreach & Creator Partnerships Assistant who can help us find, contact, negotiate with, and manage UGC creators for our brand.

We use UGC content heavily for Meta/Facebook ads, so we need a lot of new creators every month. Our goal is to close around 100 creator deals per month, and we need someone who can help us build and manage this pipeline properly.

This role is mainly about finding good creators, reaching out to them, following up, negotiating simple UGC deals, collecting their details, and keeping everything organized in our tracking sheet.

You will work with our creative strategist, who d ---------- which creators are approved and what content they need to record. You will also work with our operations assistant, who helps with shipping products to creators.

Your job is to make sure we always have enough creator deals moving forward.

Your main tasks will include:

• Finding new UGC creators and micro influencers on Instagram and TikTok
• Searching for creators who fit a women’s lingerie, bra, shapewear, beauty, or lifestyle brand
• Sending outreach messages to creators every day
• Following up with creators until they reply, accept, decline, or ghost
• Negotiating simple paid UGC deals within our budget
• Collecting creator rates, shipping details, content examples, and contact information
• Adding all creators and deal stages into our tracking sheet
• Sending strong creators to our creative strategist for approval
• Moving approved creators to the next stage so products can be shipped
• Making sure creators understand the deliverables and deadlines
• Following up after the package is delivered
• Chasing creators until the content is delivered
• Keeping the sheet clean and updated every day
• Reporting daily numbers to the team
• Helping improve outreach scripts and follow up messages over time

We are looking for someone who:

• Has experience with influencer outreach, UGC outreach, or creator management
• Understands Instagram, TikTok, UGC creators, and micro influencers
• Can write short, natural, friendly messages in English
• Is not scared to send a lot of messages every day
• Is good at following up without being annoying
• Is organized and does not lose track of conversations
• Can negotiate without overpaying creators
• Can follow a clear system and update a sheet properly
• Works fast and takes responsibility for results
• Is reliable, detail oriented, and proactive
• Can work long term with our team

Experience with ecommerce, DTC brands, fashion, beauty, lingerie, shapewear, skincare, or women’s products is a big plus.

Important:
This is not a normal social media management job. You will not be posting on our Instagram or creating content yourself.

This role is about creator outreach, deal management, and pipeline management.

We need someone who can help us close more creator deals every week.

You will be measured on:

• Number of new creators contacted per day
• Number of creator replies
• Number of creators sent for approval
• Number of accepted creator deals
• Cost per creator deal
• Number of creators who deliver content successfully
• Accuracy of the tracking sheet

Our target is around 100 creator deals per month.
