We’re looking for a UGC-style video creator to craft engaging ad content for Meta and TikTok Ads. This role is perfect for someone who excels at repurposing B-roll, stock footage, text overlays, voiceovers, and motion graphics to create highly engaging, organic-feeling ads—no self-shot content required.
What You’ll Do:
Create UGC-style ad creatives using B-roll, stock footage, captions, voiceovers, and engaging edits
Edit and optimize videos for ad performance on Meta and TikTok
Craft compelling hooks, engaging pacing, and storytelling elements that feel organic
Stay up to date with trends in Meta and TikTok ads to enhance content effectiveness
What We’re Looking For:
Experience creating UGC-style ads using B-roll, stock, and repurposed content
Strong video editing skills (CapCut, Premiere Pro, Final Cut, or similar)
Ability to write and integrate attention-grabbing hooks, subtitles, and captions
Understanding of what works in Meta and TikTok ad creative
Compensation & Terms:
Project-based (paid per deliverable)
Rate depends on experience and complexity of the project
