JOB OVERVIEW

Assisting me in managing our growing team of 20+ creators for ---------- . Main responsibilities will include -

Thoroughly studying Travelarrow's content playbook and understanding the various format structures and what makes them viral.

Having strong attention to detail to minute things that can make or break a video. These include - pacing, clip length, framing, filming angles, talking speed, pitch inflection, etc. You will be tasked with managing both speaking and non-speaking formats

Once you have a strong grasp on our viral formats, you must do quality assurance - you will be tasked with reviewing our creator's daily task to ensure they meet our format guidelines.

Creators will also submit their screen recordings to you for approval, before posting. You will be tasked with giving them very specific notes on tweaks to make, if their video doesn't meet guidelines. Here is an example -

A. drag the captions lower, underneath the main text on screen. you can also drag the main text on screen a bit higher if needed

B. You notice how at the end of each clip you briefly look away down at your phone to stop recording, can you trim out those half seconds from the ends of each clip. just enough to where the awrkward look away is taken out

C. The video ends a bit abruptly after 0:58. So can you remove everything after 0:58 and instead say how much that 4 night cruise to cancun started and , and what the price dropped to. and say it was a 90%/80%,etc. price drop, etc

D . same with the very last clip at 1:01, its a bit to abrupt. can you instead say "Best of all, this app is COMPLETELY free so you're losing money by not doing this. Share this with your cruise buddy!"

Lastly, you will report back to me if there are creators who are consistently underperforming on quality, even after you give them tips and guidance.
