Job Description:
We are looking for a detail-oriented and proactive individual to join our team as a Trustpilot & Customer Feedback Monitor. In this role, you will help us maintain a strong online reputation by monitoring customer reviews, addressing concerns, and ensuring timely follow-ups. This is a part-time, flexible role with 3–4 hours of work per day.
Responsibilities:
? Monitor Trustpilot for new customer reviews daily.
?Categorize reviews: Positive, Neutral, Negative, or Spam.
?Coordinate with the CS team to address negative or neutral reviews.
?Respond to customer reviews in a professional and empathetic manner.
?Track and report on review metrics, including response times and resolutions.
?Ensure customer concerns are resolved promptly and request updates or removal of negative reviews when appropriate.
Requirements:
?Strong written communication skills in English.
?Attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks.
?Basic understanding of customer service practices.
?Familiarity with online review platforms (Trustpilot, Freshdesk, or similar)
?Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.
