JOB OVERVIEW
The Executive Assistant will provide high-level administrative and operational support, ensuring seamless day-to-day management of schedules, communications, and business processes. This role requires strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and proficiency in CRM tools like Follow Up Boss to manage client relationships and workflows efficiently.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Administrative & Communication Support
-Manage emails, respond to inquiries, and ensure timely follow-ups.
-Handle inbound and outbound calls for client interactions, scheduling, and team coordination.
-Prepare reports, presentations, and other business documents as needed.

Scheduling & Task Management
-Organize and maintain the executive’s calendar, scheduling meetings and appointments.
-Coordinate with clients, teaUpgrade to see actual infombers, and external partners to streamline workflows.
-Track deadlines and follow through on assigned tasks to ensure completion.

CRM & Database Management
-Utilize Follow Up Boss to manage client communications, track interactions, and maintain up-to-date records.
-Set up and automate follow-up sequences to enhance client engagement.
-Organize leads, contacts, and transaction details within the CRM.

Project & Operations Support
-Assist in streamlining business processes and improving operational efficiency.
-Monitor and track key business metrics, ensuring tasks and projects stay on schedule.
-Conduct research and compile data to support decision-making.

TRAITS AND SKILLS REQUIRED
-Highly Organized: Ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines efficiently.
-Strong Communication: Excellent written and verbal communication skills for professional interactions.
-Tech-Savvy: Comfortable using CRM tools (Follow Up Boss), Google Workspace, and other business software.
-Detail-Oriented: Ensures accuracy in scheduling, reporting, and database management.
-Problem-Solving Ability: Proactively identifies challenges and implements solutions.
-Proactive & Resourceful: Takes initiative in handling responsibilities with minimal supervision.
