Transaction Coordinator Position – NexPath Real Estate Platform

NexPath Real Estate Platform is looking for a highly experienced, dependable Transaction Coordinator to help manage real estate transactions from contract to close.

We are looking for someone who is organized, detail-oriented, responsive, and confident handling a high volume of files. This position is for someone who already understands real estate transaction coordination and does not need a lot of training.

The ideal candidate is someone who is great at time blocking, communication, deadlines, follow-up, and keeping multiple transactions moving smoothly at the same time.

Requirements:

* Minimum of 5+ years of Transaction Coordinator experience
* Must understand real estate terminology and the contract-to-close process
* Experience with Dotloop is preferred
* Experience with AFrame is strongly preferred
* Experience with Alabama, Florida, Mississippi, Louisiana, and/or Georgia transactions is a big plus
* Must be able to manage a high transaction volume
* Must be comfortable handling 15–20+ transactions at one time
* Experience managing 25–30 transactions per month is a major plus
* Must be dependable, responsive, organized, and good with deadlines
* Must be able to communicate professionally with agents, clients, lenders, title companies, and other parties involved in the transaction
