Company Overview:
We are a premier real estate property management company based in Texas, specializing in mid-term and short-term rentals. In addition to our property management services, we have an active real estate acquisition arm focused on acquiring and managing a growing portfolio of properties. We are seeking a skilled Transaction Coordinator & Asset Manager to join our team and manage both the acquisition process and the ongoing financial and operational responsibilities of our properties.

Position Overview:
The Transaction Coordinator & Asset Manager will play a critical role in the real estate acquisition process, ensuring all transactions are handled efficiently and accurately. In addition, this role will involve managing the financial aspects of all acquired properties, including mortgage statements, income tracking, and expense management. The ideal candidate will be highly organized, detail-oriented, and experienced in real estate transactions and asset management.

Key Responsibilities:

Transaction Coordination:
- Coordinate all aspects of real estate transactions, from contract to closing.
- Prepare and review contracts, disclosures, and other transaction-related documents.
- Communicate with buyers, sellers, agents, lenders, and title companies to ensure a smooth transaction process.
- Track deadlines and ensure compliance with contractual obligations.
- Manage the documentation and organization of transaction files, ensuring accuracy and completeness.
- Assist in resolving any issues that may arise during the transaction process.

Asset Management:
- Oversee the financial management of all acquired properties, including tracking income, expenses, and mortgage payments.
- Maintain accurate records of all property-related financial activities, including mortgage statements, insurance payments, taxes, and other expenses.
- Prepare regular financial reports and analyses to support decision-making processes.
- Ensure all property expenses are paid on time and monitor cash flow to optimize property performance.
- Collaborate with the property management team to ensure the successful operation and maintenance of acquired properties.
- Assist in budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning for the property portfolio.
- Manage the onboarding of new properties, ensuring all financial and operational aspects are in place.

Qualifications:
- Minimum of 3 years experience in real estate transaction coordination and/or asset management.
- Strong understanding of real estate acquisition processes and transaction documentation.
- Proficiency in real estate accounting and financial management.
- Excellent organizational and multitasking skills with a keen attention to detail.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills in English.
- Experience with real estate transaction management software and financial tools.
- Reliable high-speed internet connection.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a remote environment.
- Familiarity with US time zones and ability to work 10 AM - 6 PM CST.
- Experience in the real estate or property management industry is preferred.
