The successful candidate will help create:

Categorized training library
Recommended onboarding structure
Phase 2: Development
Visual SOPs
Training checklists
Learning pathways
New hire onboarding roadmap
Training presentations
Video outlines and scripts
Phase 3: System Building
Recommendations for training platform/tools
Standardized onboarding process
Replicable system that can be used across multiple locations
