JOB OVERVIEW

Job Overview:
We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Trainer & Admin Support to develop tea ---------- mbers across two key areas: LinkedIn Specialists and Recruitment (Cold Calling). This role involves designing and delivering training programs, coaching, call auditing, and providing administrative support to ensure smooth team operations and performance improvement.
The ideal candidate has strong LinkedIn, lead generation, and recruitment knowledge, excellent coaching skills, and can thrive in a fast-paced, remote environment.

Key Responsibilities:

Training & Coaching
?Design and deliver onboarding and ongoing training for LinkedIn Specialists and Recruiters.
?Conduct group and one-on-one coaching sessions, including mock calls and role-play exercises.
?Create training materials, scripts, SOPs, and guides.
?Identify performance gaps and implement targeted development plans.
Call Auditing & Performance Monitoring
?Audit live and recorded calls to assess quality and performance.
?Provide actionable feedback to improve engagement, objection handling, and results.
?Track performance metrics, maintain QA scorecards, and prepare reports for management.
LinkedIn & Recruitment Support
?Train on LinkedIn management, lead generation and candidate sourcing.
?Guide tea ---------- mbers on lead qualification and pipeline management.
?Ensure proficiency in tools like LinkedIn Recruiter, Sales Navigator, ATS/CRM systems.

Administrative Support
?Manage calendars, scheduling, contract and meeting coordination for the team.
?Assist with internal trackers, documentation, and team communications.
?Help organize sessions, record-keeping, and reporting tasks.

Qualifications:
?Proven experience as a Trainer, Coach, or Team Lead in recruitment, lead generation, or digital marketing.
?Strong LinkedIn, personal branding, and lead generation knowledge.
?Experience in recruitment, telesales, or high-volume outbound calling.
?Hands-on experience in call auditing, QA, or performance evaluation.
?Excellent communication, facilitation, and interpersonal skills.
?Organized, analytical, and able to multitask in a remote setting.

Technical Skills:
?Proficiency in LinkedIn tools (Recruiter, Recruiter Lite, Sales Navigator).
?Familiarity with ATS/CRM platforms (e.g., Ricochet, Indeed, Calendly).
?Experience with data mining, lead generation, and market research tools.
?Knowledge of call monitoring and QA tools is a plus.
