## Read this part first
We are not looking for someone who “does some editing.” We are looking for a total crusher.
Someone who opens Premiere Pro and disappears into the work. Someone who turns raw footage into broadcast-ready episodes without being chased, watches the full cut before anyone has to ask, and treats a missed deadline like a personal offense. If you need hand-holding, this is not your role. If you have been waiting for a place that moves as fast as you do, keep reading.
The McCord List Media Network is a nationally syndicated media operation reaching more than 90 million households across Roku, Amazon Prime, Samsung TV Plus, and Tubi. We produce The McCord List Today plus a growing roster of client shows, all from a real LED soundstage in Manhattan Beach. We are faith-led, purpose-driven, and obsessed with editorial polish. Every frame we publish carries the brand.
This is a high-volume, high-standards seat. The right person will thrive on it.

## What you will own
You are the engine room of our content. Your job is to take raw footage and turn it into polished, on-brand, broadcast-ready episodes and the social clips that fuel our reach.
Week to week, you will:
- Pull and organize weekly raw footage from our Google Drive client folders by filming date, and confirm intro, outro, branding, and guest assets are in place before you cut
- Edit full-length episodes in Adobe Premiere Pro: clean cuts, balanced audio, color and LUTs applied, awkward host
- Export final episodes in high resolution (both our 22-minute and 40 to 48 minute formats) and file them correctly under Final Episodes
- Cut individual interview segments for each guest
- Generate 30 to 35 social clips per episode in Opus Clip Pro, then review every clip for accuracy, brand tone, captions, logo, and framing before it ships
- Maintain clean, standardized folder structure in Google Drive so nothing ever gets lost
- Upload approved episodes to U Screen with complete, accurate metadata pulled from the Content Sheet (title, guests, description, SEO, category)
- Keep the task sheet and dashboard current on every episode, and flag missing assets or technical issues immediately
- Move episodes through our review chain: edit, submit to Nicole, apply notes, host review, final revisions, approved, posted
- Jump on special projects when leadership calls: sizzle reels, highlight cuts, promo overlays, urgent social turnarounds
-----
## The numbers (this is the filter)
We say crusher and we mean it. Here is the pace:
- **8 to 10 episodes per week** combined across The McCord List Today and client shows
- Roughly **3 episodes** for The McCord List Today and **7** for client shows
- Every edit delivered within **24 to 48 hours** of raw footage delivery
- **30 to 35 social clips** generated and reviewed per episode
If those numbers excite you instead of scaring you, we should talk.
-----
## The quality bar
We do not ship anything that does not look and sound like us. Every deliverable is checked against our QA standard before it goes out:
- Clean, balanced audio throughout
- Bumpers in place (first, middle, end) and the correct intro and outro sizzle
- Names and titles spelled correctly
- Nothing distracting in the background and no stray BTS left in
- Correct brand logo, every time
- Social clips with accurate captions, the brand logo, and the host or guest centered in frame
- Consistent file naming: `Episode [#] - Guest Name - Final.mp4`
You will be the last line of defense on quality. That is a responsibility we hand to people who take it seriously.

## You are a fit if you
- Live inside Adobe Premiere Pro and edit fast without sacrificing polish
- Have a real eye for pacing, color, and audio, and you notice the small things other editors miss
- Are fluent (or fast to learn) in Opus Clip, U Screen, Envato Elements, and Google Drive based workflows
- Manage your own queue, hit deadlines without reminders, and communicate proactively when something is off
- Understand brand consistency and protect it like it is your name on the export
- Have published work for streaming, broadcast, or high-volume digital content (please send your reel)
- Can troubleshoot audio issues and care about presenting work that crushes the game
## Bonus points if you
- Have worked in a fast-paced media network, agency, or studio environment
- Know your way around motion graphics and templated branded packages
- Care about purpose-driven, faith-forward content and want your work to mean something
-----
## Why this seat
You will be part of a media network that is scaling, not stalling. Your edits go out to tens of millions of households, not into a folder no one opens. You will work alongside a tight, driven team that values craft, speed, and faith. And you will see your fingerprints on a brand that is building something rare in this industry.
We are looking for one person who wants to crush it here for the long run.
-----
## How to apply
Send the following:
1. Your reel or a link to 2 to 3 recent full edits you are proud of
1. A short note on the highest volume you have ever sustained and how you kept quality high
1. The fastest you have ever turned a polished episode from raw footage
No generic cover letters. Show us the work.
