Title Closer

Job Overview:
We are seeking experienced Title Closers to manage U.S. mortgage and title closing transactions. The role involves reviewing loan documents, validating closing requirements, coordinating with stakeholders, and ensuring successful loan funding while maintaining accuracy and compliance.

Key Responsibilities
• Handle purchase, refinance, and home equity loan closing transactions
• Review title, tax, insurance, vesting, payoff, and related documentation for accuracy
• Coordinate closing schedules with lenders, borrowers, notaries, attorneys, and vendors
• Prepare and review title company closing documents
• Assemble and distribute final closing packages
• Resolve documentation discrepancies and closing issues promptly
• Submit funding documentation and ensure loan file balancing before funding
• Maintain compliance with lender and title company requirements

Qualifications
• Minimum 2–3 years of U.S. title closing experience
• At least 1 year of team leadership or supervisory experience
• Strong knowledge of U.S. title insurance and mortgage closing processes
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
• Strong leadership, coaching, and problem-solving abilities
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications and internet research
