Key Responsibilities:
* Plan, create, and manage paid ad campaigns across Facebook, TikTok, and Instagram
* Develop strategies to drive engagement, leads, and sales
* Analyze campaign performance and optimize for maximum ROI
* Conduct A/B testing on creatives, audiences, and ad placements
* Stay updated on platform algorithm changes and best practices
* Collaborate with the creative team to develop high-performing ad content

Requirements:
* Proven experience managing paid ads on Facebook, TikTok, and Instagram
* Strong analytical skills and experience with ad performance metrics
* Knowledge of audience targeting, retargeting, and conversion tracking
* Familiarity with Facebook Ads Manager, TikTok Ads Manager, and other relevant tools
* Ability to write compelling ad copy and guide creative direction
* Self-motivated with excellent time management skills
