TikTok Shop Assistant - Central 23 - 2025

We are a fun and energetic design studio based in London, looking for a new Tiktok shop assistant to join our team and help us grow our UK and US tiktok shops.

We are looking for someone who is great with customers, reliable, has great attention to detail and who is looking to take on more as they progress in their career with us. (Bonus points if you can speak Gen-Z and are happy using copious amounts of emojis)

This role will start as part time to allow for training, and will progress to full time.

Tasks:

Reviewing, approving and tracking affiliate sample requests
Responding to affiliate messages, including sending out template messages
Tracking content posted by affiliates
Following up with affiliates for content/improvements to content
Keeping in touch with top affiliates and maintaining strong relationship
Replying to messages from creators and customers
Updating the affiliate spreadsheet with details of samples, creators and content posted


Requirements:

Extensive experience in customer service
Extensive experience using Google Sheets and Microsoft Excel / Numbers
Excellent written and verbal English communication skills
Attention to detail
The ability to work between 9am - 5pm UK time
Experience using Tiktok Shop preferable
