TikTok Posting Operator (Remote) | Part-Time

We are looking for a detail-oriented operator to manage daily TikTok posting across multiple accounts. This is not a creative role. You will follow strict SOPs and execute with precision.
Very basic Spanish required

What you will do:

Open assigned accounts and verify proxy and GEO before every post
Upload content natively (no third-party tools)
Double-check caption and hashtags against provided templates
Post within assigned time windows (US Eastern Time)

What you will NOT do:

Write captions or edit content
Choose timing or formats
Troubleshoot performance or make decisions
Use scheduling tools

Requirements:

Extremely reliable and detail-oriented
Comfortable following written SOPs to the letter
Available during US morning/midday/evening windows (ET)
Able to work with proxies
Fast communicator. If something looks off, you flag it immediately

Device: This role requires a dedicated iPhone (iPhone 8 or newer) used exclusively for this work. If you already have one available, please mention it in your application, we will pay more. If not, one will be provided.
This role is not for you if you want creative freedom or you improvise when instructions are unclear.
