TikTok Outreach Virtual Assistant

I am looking for a reliable Virtual Assistant to help with TikTok outreach for my trading education/indicator brand.

Main tasks:
- Find potential leads on TikTok in trading, futures, forex, investing and finance communities
- Watch relevant TikTok videos and identify active users in the comments
- Leave natural, non-spammy comments on relevant posts
- Send personalised TikTok DMs using scripts I provide
- Track all leads, replies and follow-ups in Google Sheets
- Follow up with interested people after 24 hours and 72 hours
- Send warm leads to me when they show interest
- Keep daily records of comments, DMs sent, replies, interested leads and booked calls

Requirements:
- Good written English
- Experience using TikTok
- Experience with social media outreach preferred
- Able to follow scripts without sounding robotic
- Able to use Google Sheets
- Reliable daily communication
- Must not spam or copy-paste low quality messages
- Must be comfortable working with a trading/education brand

This is a part-time role to start. If results are good, hours and pay can increase. Bonuses may be available for booked calls or successful sales.
