### **What You’ll Do**
As our TikTok Content Creator & Brand Manager, you will take full ownership of our TikTok account, driving its growth and ensuring it becomes a key channel for brand awareness and customer engagement. Your responsibilities will include:

1. **Strategy & Management**:
- Develop and execute a TikTok content strategy aligned with the brand’s identity and goals.
- Analyze performance metrics to optimize content and posting schedules.
- Stay ahead of TikTok trends and adapt strategies to maximize engagement and reach.

2. **Creative Content Creation**:
- Produce captivating, high-quality, and on-brand TikTok videos that showcase our products, values, and personality.
- Collaborate on creative ideas to highlight our unique designs, promotions, and collections.
- Incorporate trending sounds, hashtags, and challenges to increase visibility and virality.

3. **Brand Building**:
- Build a recognizable and cohesive brand voice on TikTok.
- Engage with followers by responding to comments, participating in duets, and fostering a sense of community.
- Partner with influencers and creators to amplify brand awareness.

4. **Copywriting & Creative Ideation**:
- Write compelling captions and calls to action that align with TikTok’s short-form content style.
- Brainstorm and pitch creative campaign ideas that resonate with TikTok’s audience and reflect our brand ethos.

5. **Growth & Optimization**:
- Monitor analytics to track performance, identify trends, and adjust strategies to improve engagement, follower growth, and conversions.
- Experiment with different types of content to identify what resonates most with our audience.

### **What We’re Looking For**
We’re looking for someone who is not just a content creator but a strategic thinker with a passion for storytelling, fashion, and digital media. The ideal candidate will have:

- **Proven experience in building and growing brands on TikTok** (portfolio/examples required).
- **Creative flair and storytelling skills**, with a deep understanding of TikTok trends and audience behavior.
- **Strong copywriting skills** to craft engaging captions and creative concepts.
- **Data-driven mindset**: Ability to analyze performance metrics and optimize content for maximum impact.
- Experience working with **fashion or lifestyle brands** is a plus.
- **Collaborative attitude** with excellent communication skills.
- **Self-starter mindset** with the ability to work independently and meet deadlines.
