TikTok Ads Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented TikTok Automation Specialist to join our team. The role involves creating and managing multiple TikTok accounts, ensuring they appear authentic and engaging. You will be responsible for both the creation of "girl comment" accounts and TikTok Ads Business Center accounts using specialized tools and techniques. This position requires a deep understanding of social media growth strategies, automation tools, and proxy management.

Key Responsibilities:

TikTok Account Creation & Management:
Create 50-100 TikTok "girl comment" accounts.
Grow each account to 300-500 followers using organic or automated methods.
Post a random but relevant picture on each account.
Boost the post to achieve 3-4k likes, ensuring organic-looking engagement.
Set each account to private after the above steps to maintain authenticity.
TikTok Ads Business Center Accounts:
Create 100-200 TikTok Ads Business Center accounts daily.
Use AdsPower for account creation and management.
Implement Rampage, Bright Data, or mobile residential proxies for secure and reliable access.
Ensure all accounts are fully operational and ready for use in advertising campaigns.
Requirements:

Technical Expertise:
Proficient in using TikTok, AdsPower, and automation tools.
Experience with proxy management (Rampage, Bright Data, mobile residential proxies).
Strong understanding of social media growth tactics, especially on TikTok.
Attention to Detail: Ability to ensure accounts appear authentic and follow all set guidelines.
Organizational Skills: Capability to manage a high volume of accounts simultaneously and efficiently.
Experience: Prior experience in social media management, digital marketing, or a similar role is preferred.
