# Ticketing Operations Assistant

## About the Role

TT International is looking for an experienced ticketing professional to join our growing team.

The role will focus on identifying profitable ticket opportunities, managing ticket drop systems, monitoring the market, and ensuring opportunities are distributed quickly and efficiently to buyers.

You will work closely with our Risk, Trading and Tech teams to maximise profitability and improve performance.

This role is not suitable for candidates without previous ticketing industry experience.

Applicants with ticket buying, ticket resale, drop monitoring, inventory management or ticket brokerage experience will be strongly preferred.

## Key Responsibilities

• Manage and maintain ticket drop systems.

• Identify profitable events for drop monitoring.

• Monitor Viagogo, TicketWave and other market data sources.

• Track profitability and performance.

• Manage drop inventory and opportunities.

• Work closely with Risk, Trading and Tech teams.

• Improve drop monitoring processes and systems.

• Research new opportunities before they become widely known.

## Minimum Requirements

Only apply if you have:

• 1+ year experience within the ticketing industry.

• 6+ months experience using ticket droppers.

• 6+ months experience identifying profitable events for ticket drops.

• Strong Excel or Google Sheets skills.

• Excellent attention to detail.

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

## Additional Information

• 15 days paid holiday per year.

• Employment contract provided after successful completion of the probation period.

• Hubstaff usage is mandatory during working hours.

• Probation period of 3–6 months.

## Working Hours

• Monday to Friday, 8:00am – 6:00pm (UK Time).

• Occasional evening and weekend work may be required.

## Salary

• $400 - $800 per month depending on experience, ticketing knowledge and previous results.
