Ticket Puller / Broker Assistant

We are seeking a highly experienced and reliable Ticket Broker Assistant / Ticket Puller to join our growing team. This is a full-time remote position for someone who is already familiar with the primary and secondary ticket markets and has previously worked for another ticket broker.

You’ll be responsible for helping secure profitable tickets across various platforms, leveraging your expertise and tools to stay ahead in the competitive ticketing landscape.

Responsibilities:

- Pull and secure tickets for high-demand events using Ticketmaster, AXS, and other ticketing platforms

- Understands how to create, warm-up accounts so they queue properly and utilize pre-sales and drop times strategically

- Maintain accurate and timely records in broker POS systems and Google Sheets (e.g., Lysted, Skybox, etc.)

- Research events, artist schedules, and presales to build profitable buys

- Stay up to date with industry trends, onsales, and software updates

- Create and manage ticket lists for sale on broker platforms

- Communicate clearly and consistently with the team regarding pull performance and strategy

Requirements:

- Must have prior experience working for a ticket broker

- Full-time availability (no other jobs or side gigs)

- Stable, high-speed internet connection

- Familiarity with industry tools such as POS systems, inventory managers, and on-sale alerts

- Deep knowledge of presale strategies, queue systems, and drop monitoring

- Must be proactive, disciplined, and work well independently

Compensation:

Weekly pay via PayPal. Rate is negotiable based on experience and performance. Potential bonuses given based on output and results
