Thumbnail Designer for YouTube Channel (3.8M Subscribers)

We are a Motivational YouTube channel with 3.8 million subscribers, and we’re looking for a top-tier designer who can elevate our channel’s visuals to the next level. If you're a creative powerhouse who understands modern design principles and can produce visuals that drive results, we want you.

What You'll Do:
- Thumbnail Design & Revamping: Create striking thumbnails for new videos, and revamp older thumbnails to improve click-through rates (CTR) and engagement.
- Concept Development: Take video titles and develop multiple design concepts. You’ll have the freedom to use viral formats or try out your own ideas.
- Data-Driven Design: Test your thumbnails and designs using data tools, making decisions based on performance metrics to ensure optimal results.
- Continuous Improvement: Be open to feedback and criticism, always striving to improve the design quality over time.

What We're Looking For:
- Expert Design Skills: Proven experience creating high-quality thumbnails that generate clicks and engagement.
- Proficiency in Design Tools: Comfortable with Photoshop, Illustrator, or other industry-standard tools.
Creative Independence: You should be able to take a title and come up with multiple thumbnail concepts, with little direction needed.
- Data-Driven Approach: You should understand the importance of using performance data to optimize designs.
- Attention to Detail: Focused on producing the best possible thumbnails to capture the attention of our audience.
