The Career You Deserve: Email Designer (Remote) – Full-Time

We’re looking for a talented Email Designer to join our team! If you have an eye for elevated design quality and a strong understanding of email layouts, templates, and mobile responsiveness, this role is for you.

What You’ll Do:
Design 50-80 email creatives per month, including headers and templates
Ensure designs incorporate depth, layers, textures, colors, fonts, and buttons effectively
Maintain high design standards that translate seamlessly to mobile
Upload and build email designs into the ESP (Klaviyo, Omnisend, etc.)—but no email sending required
Work with provided copy briefs and SOPs to ensure smooth design flow
Collaborate closely with the team to maintain consistent branding
What You’ll Need:
Strong understanding of email design principles and best practices
Experience with email headers, templates, and mobile responsiveness
Familiarity with Klaviyo (best practices will be taught)
Excellent communication skills and ability to work independently
Proficiency in Figma, Adobe Suite, ClickUp, and ESPs (Klaviyo, Omnisend, etc.)
Schedule:
???? 8 AM – 5 PM CST (Full-Time, Remote)
