This is a client-facing position requiring professional written and verbal communication.

The Harbert Real Estate Group is a rapidly growing real estate company seeking a highly organized and proactive Transaction Coordinator to support our Texas real estate operations. We are looking for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment and can confidently manage transactions from contract to closing.

While Texas real estate experience is preferred, candidates with strong transaction coordination experience are encouraged to apply.

Job Type
• Full-Time Remote
• 35–50 Hours Per Week
• Schedule: 7:30 AM – 4:30 PM CST


Key Responsibilities
• Manage real estate transactions from executed contract through closing
• Review contracts and transaction documents for accuracy and completeness
• Coordinate communication between clients, agents, lenders, title companies, and vendors
• Ensure all deadlines, contingencies, and compliance requirements are met
• Track inspections, financing, appraisal, and closing timelines
• Maintain accurate transaction records and notes within CRM systems
• Upload and organize documents in transaction management platforms
• Ensure all required signatures and documentation are completed on time
• Proactively resolve transaction-related issues and follow up as needed
• Provide excellent client support throughout the transaction process
• Attend ongoing training and coaching sessions

Qualifications
• Fluent English communication skills
• Previous real estate transaction coordination experience
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
• Ability to multitask and manage deadlines efficiently
• Comfortable working with online systems and CRMs
• Professional and solution-oriented mindset
• Texas real estate experience is a plus
