Telesales / Customer Service Representative

We are seeking an experienced and professional Customer Service Representative with a strong command of written and spoken English. The ideal candidate will have at least 3 years of experience in customer service, demonstrating excellent communication skills and the ability to handle a variety of customer inquiries and concerns with patience and efficiency.

Qualifications:
3+ years of experience in a customer service role, preferably in a fast-paced environment.
Fluent in English – both written and spoken.
Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to think on your feet.
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with a customer-first attitude.
Ability to handle multiple tasks and prioritize effectively.
Proficient with customer service software and tools (e.g., CRM systems, email platforms).
Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
