We are seeking a dynamic Sales Representative with a proven track record in sales, preferably within the real estate, property management, or field services industry. This is a full-time, fully remote position, requiring a strong ability to generate leads, build client relationships, and close deals. The ideal candidate must be proficient in HubSpot for managing leads, tracking outreach, and maintaining client interactions. Salary plus commission
Key Responsibilities

Identify and contact potential clients, including property management companies, REO asset managers, and banks.
Utilize HubSpot to track leads, manage client relationships, and update sales activities.
Conduct cold calling, email outreach, and follow-ups to generate new business opportunities.
Schedule and conduct virtual meetings to present our services.
Work closely with the operations team to ensure seamless client onboarding.
Meet and exceed monthly sales targets and performance metrics.
Maintain a strong understanding of our services and industry trends.


Requirements

Minimum 2 years of sales experience, preferably in property preservation, real estate, or field services.
Experience using HubSpot (CRM management, lead tracking, email outreach).
Strong communication and negotiation skills.
Ability to work independently and manage a high volume of leads.
Goal-driven with a results-oriented mindset.
Comfortable with remote work and flexible time management.
