Telemarketer – US National Insurance Company (Full-Time, EST Hours)

About Us

We're a US-based national insurance agency writing home, auto, and bundled policies. We're growing our outbound team and looking for sharp, reliable telemarketers who can work high-volume lead lists, build rapport fast, and move prospects toward a quote.

What You'll Do
- Make high-volume outbound calls from provided lead lists (warm + cold)
- Pitch our insurance offering, handle objections, and generate interest
- Qualify prospects and hand off hot leads to our licensed agents
- Work efficiently within an auto-dialer to maximize talk time
- Log every call and outcome accurately in our CRM
- Hit daily dial, contact, and conversion targets

What We're Looking For
- Excellent spoken English with a clear, neutral accent (non-negotiable — you'll be on the phone with US customers all day)
- 1+ year of outbound telemarketing or telesales experience (US accounts strongly preferred)
- Prior experience with Ricochet (or similar auto-dialer / power dialer) strongly preferred
- Thick skin and persistence — you can handle rejection and keep dialing
- Reliable computer, headset, and stable high-speed internet (please state your speed)
- Quiet, professional work environment with no background noise
- Comfortable working US EST hours on a consistent schedule
- Bonus: experience with insurance accounts or CRMs

Compensation

$200/week + performance based bonus, paid bi-weekly
Performance bonus tied to qualified leads / conversions
Long-term role with raises for top performers
