Telemarketer - Lead Gen VA

We are looking for a highly social and persuasive Telemarketer – Lead Generation specialist to connect with homeowners and schedule meetings. If you have strong communication skills and enjoy engaging with people, this role is for you!

Must-Have:
-Strong social and English communication skills
-Experience in customer support, lead generation, cold calling or appointment setting
-Professional and presentable demeanor
-Responsible and detail-oriented
-Ability to follow protocols carefully

Responsibilities:
-Contact homeowners from a provided list and schedule meetings
-Conduct cold outreach on Upgrade to see actual info and Facebook
-Maintain accurate records in Excel/Google Drive

Plus to Have:
-Sales experience
-Familiarity with CRM software
-Previous experience in telemarketing or lead generation
